| Manu Foundation is young.
Its corpus is limited. It will take several years
for the beneficiaries of the Stepping Stones Scholarships
to start paying back. We should also expect some
beneficiaries to fail to give back. We need generous
donations especially in the first 7-10 years.
The number and quality of the scholarship will
depend squarely on the donations received. |

| The Foundation has Income
Tax exemption (under 80-G) for donations.
This, it is hoped, will encourage many people
to contribute to the Foundation’s
corpus
or institute named
loan scholarships. |
